MJC holds roadshow at One Residency
KUCHING: MJC City Development is holding a roadshow at One Residency in Batu Kawa New Township today from 10am to 5pm with show houses open for viewing.
The new phase of One Residency comprises completed double-storey terrace houses and three-storey townhouses with occupation permits.
Its facilities include a residents’ clubhouse, swimming pool, tree house, outdoor jacuzzi, gymnasium, barbecue area and jogging tracks, 24-hour security guardhouse, private intercom to guardhouse, patrolling guards and closed-circuit television (CCTV) system at entry and exit points. Only limited units are available for sale as most of the units are taken up.
