University of Southampton M’sia to hold Open Day

THE University of Southampton Malaysia Campus has prepared a series of workshops for students interested to pursue a career in engineering

Iskandar Puteri, Johor, 25 May 2018 – Have you ever wondered how exciting and fulfilling a career in engineering could be? Look no further as the University of Southampton will be organising a university Open Day this 23 June from 10am to 5pm at the TEGAS Digital Innovation Hub in ICOM Square.

Students and parents are all invited to participate in this event. Packed with presentations and free engineering workshops, the event aims to inspire and to provide counsel to youngsters on the opportunities and rewards of being an engineer in this fastchanging world. Event Details: Aside from the free engineering workshops, parents and students can ask questions and speak with the lecturers and staff about the university’s engineering programmes, scholarships, and more. Through this opportunity, visitors will have a better idea of how it is like being a student at the University of Southampton Malaysia Campus. Furthermore, visitors will get a chance to win free premium merchandise from the Independence Day Resurgence movie from the online lucky draw.
