Riverine Diamond’s Block B open for viewing on Hari Raya

KUCHING: IJM Land Bhd’s (IJM Land) Riverine Diamond at Kuching Riverine Resort Block B will be open for viewing on the first and second day of Hari Raya Puasa (June 15 and 16) from 10am to 5pm.

In conjunction with the special viewingtimes,propertydeveloper IJM Land will also offer exciting promotional offers to interested buyers such as a massive 10 per cent rebate on all Riverine Diamond Block B units.

The luxury condominium development will feature four types of units: studio units at 484 square feet (sq ft) in size, onebedroom units ranging between 818 to 925 sq ft, two-bedroom units between 1,108 to 1,743 sq ft, and three-bedroom penthouse units at 1,937 sq ft in size.

The 10 per cent rebate will come in the form of a 9 per cent rebate at down-payment on purchase price via credit note and the remaining one per cent will be rebated during the progressive payment stage 2(a).

After the rebate, the development’s studio B units will be discounted to an affordable price of around RM350,000.

To help their buyers save more during this festive season, IJM Land aims to help reduce purchasing costs by covering their buyer’s loan interest until vacant possession while providing free legal fees and stamp duties for the sale and purchase, the management and the loan agreements.

For existing owners of Riverine Resort units, IJM Land is also offering a special buyer gets buyer programme whereby existing owners who help introduce new sales will be able to obtain referral fees.

If your referred buyer ends up purchasing a studio or one bed room unit, it will net you one per cent of nett purchase price while two to three bed room purchased units will help net a 2 per cent nett purchase price.
