Fajar International College celebrates diversity with Gawai-Raya-Kaamatan do
MIRI: Sape music by Hallan Hashim of Sada Borneo filled the hall at Gymkhana Club Miri last Thursday evening where ‘ Unity Celebration 2018’, a Gawai-RayaKaamatan celebration by Fajar International College ( FIC) was held.
This event which was organised by students as part of the college’s co- curriculum activities, celebrated the cultural diversity in Fajar International College with various cultural and contemporary performances by students, sing- a- song session, and lucky draws.
Enrolment for the new academic session at Fajar International College is open. A key programme is the Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health ( OSH) which is recognised by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health ( DOSH) Malaysia and the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health ( IOSH), UK with Malaysian Qualifications Agency ( MQA) accreditation in East Malaysia.
DOSH recognition enables graduates with three years relevant work experience to register as safety and Health officer (SHO) with DOSH.
Other programmes include Diploma in Accountancy which incorporates computerised accounting and is approved by the Ministry of Education with full accreditation from the MQA.
Diploma in Business Studies and Diploma in Human Resource Management at FIC are also programmes approved by Ministry of Education and accredited by MQA.
