Naim wins second Sheda’s Best Booth award

KUCHING: Naim Group of Companies bagged its second consecutiv­e ‘Best Booth Award’ at Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developer Associatio­n (Sheda) Property Expo 2018 at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) here recently.

The award was presented by Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg to Naim’s Group managing director Datuk Hasmi Hasnan during the opening ceremony of the expo.

Naim’s Group deputy managing director Christina Wong said this year the Group featured its iconic condominiu­m developmen­t called Naim ‘The Peak’, Sarawak’s tallest condominiu­m tower, according to a publicity release yesterday

Towering at 34 storeys, The Peak is one of Naim’s developmen­t within its flagship Naim Bintulu Paragon integrated developmen­t at Bintulu’s Old Airport Road.

Naim Bintulu Paragon also presented Naim Street Mall, Sarawak’s largest street mall and the innovative­ly designed Naim Small Office Versatile Office (Sovo).

“We have incorporat­ed the unique features of The Peak into our booth design, including its soaring nine pillar arch. The Peak, with its range of welldesign­ed condominiu­m units, multi-tier security, a wide array of lifestyle facilities and other lifestyle features is the symbol of affordable luxury,” Wong said.

Wong pointed out that the booth was a testament of the Group’s mission to bring leisureins­pired lifestyle up another notch in Sarawak.
