Developer welcomes all to Oxford Park Avenue @9th Mile’s open day today

KOTA SAMARAHAN: Blessed Builders Sdn Bhd is hosting the open day for its 1Malaysia Civil Servants Housing Scheme (PPA1M) project, the Oxford Park Avenue @9th Mile, today – running from 9am to 5pm.

This housing development is based on the ‘townhouse concept’, which describes a double-storey residential unit – sometimes, it can be three-storey – that usually shares a common sidewall with another unit.

As for the Oxford Park Avenue @9th Mile, only the upper-level units are still available as all the ground units have been taken up.

A unit comprises a kitchen area, a living room, one master bedroom and two bedrooms.

The developer has taken the initiative to fully furnish one the upper-level units for potential buyers to view during today’s open day.

“These upper-level units are also selling fast. We hope those interested in buying a unit at the Oxford Park Avenue @9th Mile would contact us as soon as possible,” said a Blessed Builders representative.

The Oxford Park Avenue townhouses are nestled within a gated and guarded community known as @9th Mile – pricing starts from RM259,908 per unit.

“The prices of Oxford Park Avenue @9th Mile townhouses are considered affordable because each unit is of standard quality; moreover, the price is already subsidised approximately by 20 per cent. Limited units are available,” said the company’s representative.

Retired civil servants or their children can also apply for a unit.

Buyer will also get rebates, provided that they made bookings during the open day.

The booking fee per unit is RM3,000.
