MJC offers ‘You buy; we pay, furnish, rent’ deal for Sky Villa Residence
KUCHING: MJC City Development Sdn Bhd is inviting investors and buyers to Sky Villa Residence at MJC, Batu Kawah today to learn more about owning a fully furnished condominium with low down payment and guaranteed rental return for two years.
Buyers need only put up five per cent down payment (from RM23,300) to own a fully furnished condominium with the interior designed by More Design Asia, Kuala Lumpur, priced from RM466,000.
MJC City will pay the other five per cent down payment for the Sale and Purchase agreement.
A fully furnished three-room unit comes with loose furniture, built-in kitchen cabinet and wardrobes, light fittings and air- conditioners worth RM70,000, according to its publicity release yesterday.
Buyers may enjoy a guaranteed rental income of up to RM2,638 per month for 24 months from MJC City when they lease back the property to the company.
Newly completed mock-up units are opened for viewing today. Only limited units are available.
In conjunction with MJC’s 21st Anniversary celebration, buyers also stand a chance to win a free tour of Paris for two.
