Meluan assemblyman denies abandoning PDP, GPS
SARIKEI: Meluan assemblyman Rolland Duat has categorically denied reports he has joined another political party.
He contacted The Borneo Post yesterday to refute the claim after coming across a report being circulated on social media alleging he had joined Parti Keadilan Rakyat ( PKR).
Rolland said his loyalty to the Progressive Democratic Party ( PDP) and Gabung Parti Sarawak ( GPS) is as strong as ever.
He pointed out there is no reason for him to leave PDP or GPS, which have excellent track records in serving the people in Sarawak.

Rolland slammed the allegation making its rounds on social media for the past few days as fake news aimed at tarnishing his reputation.
He advised the people, especially in Meluan, to ignore the allegation and continue to work with him under GPS.
