Maxis introduces worry-free Zerolution360
KUCHING: Maxis introduced a new way of using a device yesterday with the launch of Zerolution360, a phone membership programme that offers complete 360 worryfree experience, from signing up to using, maintaining and upgrading.
With Zerolutvon360, customers can choose any flagship phone and MaxisONE plan with zero upfront payment as well as a comprehensive protection plan for an all-inclusive experience. No credit card is required and customers do not have to sign a contract for their plans.
According to its publicity release, keys benefits include immediate replacement for lost or damaged devices, total device protection as well as free phone upgrades every two years with the option for annual upgrades for a fee.
Maxis’ head of Postpaid Arjun Varma highlighted that mobile phones has become essential tools to connect people for work or play.
“So, to lose access to our devices under any circumstance is not an option. Through Zerolution360, we offer worryfree device and maintenance experience with a device of their choice,” he said.
Customers can choose from a wide range of high- end flagship phones with an affordable monthly fee depending on the price of the device, as well as two protection packages, Basic and Premium.
For an additional RM10 per month under Premium package, customers get priority repair service, faster repair, a back-up phone on loan, and a one-time free screen replacement.
