Fulton Park apartment units offered at special price

KUCHING: Fulton Park, a trendy apartment project situated on a 1.2 acres of land in Jalan Ellis here is offering a special price for the remaining five Duplex units of the apartment.

The units in the apartment project strategica­lly located in the city centre is nestled among highrise buildings and only a short distance away from the hospital, shopping malls, Post Office, Kuching Waterfront to name a few are priced from RM829,000 occupying an area of 1,840 sq ft.

management is only charging RM0.18 per sq feet. For example, if you have a 1,000 sq ft unit, you only have to pay RM180 per month, and your premises will be well taken care of such as its cleanlines­s, upkeep of the landscapin­g, cleaning the public area, security guards and maintainin­g other public areas.

The apartment has its own indoor swimming pool, sauna, gymnasium, basic children’s playground, laundry area (coinoperat­ed), multi-purpose hall for small events ( booking can be done through its management office), shaded car parks and two accessible lifts to the apartment units.
