Axa wins HR Asia Best Companies to Work For
KUCHING: AXA Affin General Insurance Bhd (AAGI) was awarded with the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2018 award by HR Asia, a leading publication for senior human resource professionals.
This is AAGI’s 2nd consecutive year being recognised for creating workplace excellence and promoting employee engagement. The award has also solidified the company’s position as one of the most sought- after companies to work for in the country.
In its sixth year running, the award ceremony was organised by HR Asia. Prior to the conferment ceremony, participating world class corporations went through a stringent evaluation process by an independent panel of jury consisting of industry experts, academicians and government representations. Among which, shortlisted companies were handpicked as winners based on a proprietary survey on employee engagement and workplace practices, which was known to be one of the most structured and extensive surveys in the industry.
