Kozin Real Estate bags Agency of the Year award for fifth straight year
KUCHING: Kozin Real Estate Sdn Bhd secured the Real Estate Agency of the Year ( Sarawak) award for the fifth consecutive year at the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents ( MIEA) National Real Estate Awards in Kuala Lumpur.
A statement by MIEA Sarawak branch yesterday mentioned that apart from winning the award, Kozin Real Estate’s top Real Estate Negotiator ( REN) Kelvin Lee Bun Siew was named REN of the Year ( Sarawak) as well as highly- coveted REN of the Year ( Malaysia).
The awards were presented by Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government Senator Dato Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah Raja Ahmad in a glittering ceremony held at JW Marriot t Kuala Lumpur on Oct 21.
The Nat ional Real Estate Awards is an annual blacktie gala organised by MIEA to recognise top achievers throughout the country.

Meanwhile, MIEA Sarawak branch also announced that it will be holding its annual dinner on Dec 14.
