HSL to launch Highfields III this weekend

-

KUCHING: Hock Seng Lee (HSL) will launch Highfields III, the company’s latest terraced houses in Batu Kawa, aimed at affordability, this weekend.

HSL is partnering Emart, Maybank and Alvin Interior Deco for the launch at its double-storey terraced sample unit, starting Friday.

The first 100 visitors daily from 11am will get free Emart vouchers, while all buyers will receive RM2,000 vouchers for electronic goods.

Alvin Interior Deco is joining as an exhibitor, offering discounts exclusively to Highfields III home buyers.

“We think visitors are going to love the exhibitors we have put together. Besides discounts, Alvin Interior Deco’s designers will be there to give personalised design proposals,” said its corporate affairs manager Shirley Loo.

“Maybank consultants will be on hand to simplify loan procedures. We always try to find partners for events that are relevant to our customers.

“The ‘Great Highfields Property Festival’ will also include a Halloween-themed photo booth and sand art for children. It’s going to be fun and spooky. There’ll be some props for the kids,” Loo said.

This launch of Highfields III will comprise only terraces. Previously, Highfields II was launched with both terraces and semi- detached units together. Semi- detached units for Highfields III are reserved for future development.

General manager Ling Lai Kiong said Highfields III was tailored from market surveys.

“We made these terraces to be big and with practical spaces. All homes have four bedrooms, three toilets, and dry and wet kitchens. All houses have spacious 7-metre car porches.

“The units are also extra wide at 7 metres; most terraces on the market nowadays are only 6.1m wide. Highfields III is a low-density development,” Ling said.

Corner units have up to 12.89 points of land. The homes come in two designs, classic or modern, in premium white and grey combination colours.

Highfields sits on mixed-zone land, surrounded by landscaped verges and allocated green spaces.

The new terraced houses are in an established community with Emart, a 24-hour hypermarket, only 3km away. There are four more supermarkets, two major commercial hubs and five schools within 10km radius.

Prices begin at RM468,888. HSL is also offering free legal fees and stamp duty for sale and purchase agreements. Free legal fees for memorandum of transfer is also offered.
