Gamuda Land launches GL HOME at Bukit Bantayan Residences

KOTA KINABALU: Stringent lending rules by banks have resulted in many purchasers reporting that rejection of their home loan applicatio­n is their main obstacle to buying their dream home.

There could be various reasons why banks reject home loan applicatio­ns such as poor credit record or income criteria that is not met.

Staying true to its principle as a responsibl­e town-maker, Gamuda Land launches GL HOME (Home Ownership Made Easy), a campaign that offers a one-stop tailored solutions to assist purchasers in the purchase of their dream property.

Responding to current market condition, GL HOME addresses real needs of genuine property purchasers, helping them to navigate through various financing options to bridge the differenti­al sum between purchase price and purchaser’s end financing loan amount. GL HOME will run from now until December 31, 2018.

These relationsh­ip personnel are Gamuda Land’s sales team who have undergone extensive trainings such as bank loan products, CTOS and CCRIS assessment­s to refine their skills in order to ease customers’ property purchase journey.

In conjunctio­n with the launch of GL Homes, Gamuda Land will be organising a fun-filled Taiwan Food Fiesta for the community on November 3 and 4 from 5pm to 10pm at Bukit Bantayan Residences. A wide variety of Taiwanese street food stalls and food trucks are prepared to greet visitors.
