ETCM presents new Nissan Leaf at KL motor show
KUALA LUMPUR: Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) is presenting the all-new Nissan Leaf – the icon of Nissan Intelligent Mobility in Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show 2018 ( KLIMS’18) from Nov 23 to Dec 2 at Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre ( Mitec) here.
Nissan is redefining how people move by making transportation safer, smarter and more exciting through Nissan Intelligent Mobility including the 100 per cent electric new Nissan Leaf and e-POWER system.
Since its launch in 2010, Nissan has sold more than 350,000 Nissan Leaf globally.
The new Nissan Leaf has been completely revamped by combining greater range with a dynamic new design and advanced technologies. It features the most advanced e-powertrain, ProPILOT autonomous driving technology and e-Pedal.
With the most advanced epowertrain, the new 40 kWh Lithium-Ion battery pack delivers an astonishing driving range up to 400km on a single charge and outputs 110kW of power and 320Nm of torque.
As for ProPILOT autonomous driving technology, it follows the vehicle ahead at a pre- set distance and keeps the vehicle centered in the lane besides allowing a full stop based on traffic flow. It picks up to speed when traffic moves again when it is activated.
e- Pedal allows the driver the simplicity of accelerating, decelerating, stopping and even holding the car’s position by using the accelerator pedal alone.
Nissan Leaf’s exterior is designed with a low and sleek profile that gives it a sharp and dynamic look while the interior has been redesigned for relaxed ambience, with premium and modern feel.
ETCM is also showcasing the e-POWER system, Nissan Serena S- Hybrid, Navara- Black Series, X-Trail X-Tremer, and the new Nissan Almera-Black Series at the show.
