The set-up, he pointed out, is ideal for young entrepreneurs who may be working long and odd hours in their office on the ground floor but with the convenience of retreating to their own residence on the first floor to recharge and relax.
The commercial units which are well suited for commercial, office or serviced apartment usage are affordably priced from RM725,000 onwards.
