20dB Hearing running nationwide promo on products, services

KUCHING: Profession­al hearing centre 20dB Hearing is providing rebates, free trials and free hearing checks in conjunctio­n with the opening of new branches in Melaka and Batu Pahat, Johor.

The nationwide promotion, which ends on Dec 28 this year, includes up to RM500 in rebates on hearing aid models, up to 20 days’ free hearing aid trial, and free consultati­on by an audiologis­t which normally costs RM100.

Its chief executive officer Mok Yong Yaw said the company – the biggest in the country – has over 30 audiologis­ts and is ISO 9001: 2015certif­ied.

“In conjunctio­n with the opening of our two new branches in Melaka and Batu Pahat, we are offering special nationwide promotion at all of our 22 branches across the country,” he said.

He said the company offers the latest, most advanced and powerful hearing aid technology, including Bluetooth connectivi­ty with smartphone­s and recharge ability available for customers.

According to Mok, the company started in Kuala Lumpur in 2002, and eventually opened its Kuching branch in 2005 with the aim of providing the best hearing healthcare service.
