Emotional health awareness talk equips EC students with life skills
KUCHING: Executive College (EC) students recently attended a talk on Emotional Health Awareness by Dr Richard Tan Hong Kwang who has 15 years experience in supervising and mentoring counsellors in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Macau.
The talk helped the students understand how to handle stress, anger, and disappointment which can lead to better control of emotions during their studies, work, relationships and health.
Tan also taught the students self- awareness, how to recover from negative experiences with people and situations quicker, enhance personal relationships with others and build a mental mechanism of success in life and relationships.
Executive College organises such educational talks frequently to help students develop essential life skills.
