AirAsia BIG Loyalty has been named Best eCommerce Merchant ( Travel/Hospitalit­y) at the 2018 Asia eCommerce Awards, its first ever e-commerce award held in Sepang on Monday. The award recognises travel and hospitalit­y companies with the best online storefront and those that successful­ly establish an e-commerce platform or a presence on third-party e-commerce platforms.

FOCUS ON VIETNAM: CIMB Bank ( Vietnam) Ltd (CIMB Vietnam) unveiled its first Digital Lounge in Ho Chi Minh City and launched its OCTO by CIMB (OCTO) mobile banking app for consumers. OFFICIAL LISTING: Techbond Group Bhd ( Techbond), a developer and manufactur­er of industrial adhesives and sealants, as well as a provider of supporting products and services, hopes to further expand its operations in Malaysia and Vietnam. This comes after its successful listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Securities) on Wednesday, officiated by Techbond managing director Lee Seng Thye (right) and his team.
