Naim Sapphire Deluxe is the development’s second condominium tower after Naim Sapphire Classic, which is completed with more than 85 per cent take-up rate.
Besides the new show units, the newly-completed grand lobby of the Naim George Y. Residence, touted as Naim Sapphire’s exclusive ‘penthouse’ tower was also opened for public viewing.
