KUALA LUMPUR: Digital property software solutions startup, NEXPlatform Sdn Bhd, has raised RM775,000 from Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd’s Direct Equity 800 ( DEQ800) investment programme.

NEXPlatform co-founder Alvin Chooi said the company would utilise the funds to upgrade its services, expand the team and strengthen its market position.

“We have kept everything very low profile in the past three years but this year, one of the company’s main focus is to increase our brand exposure to expand our market share,” he said in a statement yesterday.

Founded in 2016, NEXPlatform was self-funded in the early stages of its start-up journey, and this was the first round of funds raised by the company since its establishment.

Currently, Chooi said there were close to a hundred property projects listed on NEXPlatform, including those by reputable developers such as SP Setia Bhd, Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd and Hatten Group Sdn Bhd.

“Since inception, more than 5,000 users with at least 30,000 property transactions had been carried out through our solutions,” he said.

The solutions offered by NEXPlatform included the Smart Digital Property Management Platform, Property Lead Management Solution, Digital Property Showcase Solution, Credit Loan Assessment with Credit Tip Off Service Sdn Bhd ( CTOS), Property Rental and Accommodation Management, and the Smart Community Solution.
