‘My Happy Eggs’ offers RM11,888 in prizes
KUCHING: The My Happy Eggs roadshow at Vivacity Megamall from tomorrow ( Feb 22) until Sunday is offering prizes worth over RM11,888.
Those who spend a minimum of RM10 on any My Happy Egg product will be entitled to participate in the contest.
“If a customer spends RM50, it would mean that the customer will get five entries to enter the lucky draw contest,” Lian Hua Sing livestock senior sales and marketing manager Darryl Wee Ho Nyan told a press conference yesterday.
The top three prizes are a Sony W65 40-inch LED TV, Sharp 42litre microwave oven, and a Tefal air fryer.
There are also five consolation prizes of an RM50 cash voucher and a carton of 10 selenium eggs each.
The same minimum RM10 receipt can also be used to join the Egg Master Eating Challenge, SMS Egg War, My Happy Egg Colouring Contest, and the My Happylicious Cook Out competitions.
Preliminary rounds for the Egg Master Eating Challenge will be held at 1pm and 8pm tomorrow and Saturday.
The top 10 winners from each round will qualify to enter the finals on Sunday at 2pm, where they will be required to eat four boiled eggs.
The winner will receive RM268, an RM50 voucher, and a hamper worth RM100.
Those who come in second and third will win RM168 and RM68 respectively, as well as a cash voucher and a hamper each.
For the SMS Egg War, which will be held on Saturday at 7pm, participants are required to type and send a set of words, with the fastest to win RM388, an RM50 voucher, and a hamper worth RM50.
For the My Happy Egg Colouring Contest on Saturday, participants will be required to paint eggs from 10am to 11.30am.
“The competition will be divided into two age categories, which are Group A (ages seven to nine) and Group B (ages 10 to 12). The children are also required to bring their own stationery and this time water-based paints are allowed,” said Wee.
The top three winners of each age group will receive RM268, RM168, and RM68 respectively, along with a cash voucher and a hamper each.
There are also consolation prizes of an RM10 voucher and a mini hamper.
On Sunday, the My Happylicious Cook Out will be held at 11am with participants required to cook a sunny side-up and a scrambled egg for Master Chef Asia 2015 fi nalist Jasbir Kaur, who is known as the ‘Queen of Spice’.
