The ceremony was attended by 100 golfers comprising local golfers and members from Tawau Golf Club led by their president Larry Rahim Kho who signed the agreement with DGCC general manager Roslan Mohd Salleh.

According to Larry, most of their members were first-timers to Kuching City and took the opportunity to try out the DGCC golf course which caught their attention after it had hosted last year’s Sarawak Championship as part of the 2018 Asian Tour and Asian Development Tour.

They were impressed with the course which they said was challenging and provided very fine scenery.

Tawau Golf Club, which is one of the oldest clubs in Sabah, was represented by over 80 members who signed up to travel here and to play in the friendly tournament held in conjunction with their visit.
