MPI offers pathway to professional accountancy
SIBU: Methodist Pilley Institute ( MPI) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Malaysia jointly had an ‘ACCA Info Day’ at MPI premises on Monday.
The event offered pathway to professional accountancy to Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia ( SPM) and Unified Examination Certificate ( UEC) school leavers, ACCA, diploma and degree holders.
It also introduced computer labs for students to learn English language skills online with support from BPP University to improve their command of English and their chances of exam success.
Students at MPI can now improve their English language skills while studying for ACCA qualification.

This course can help the students get free, flexible online support at any time, on any device; learn the English language skills they need for every stage of their ACCA journey; improve their chances of success at each stage of the ACCA qualification; and be more attractive to employers by learning professional business English.
These free courses will offer students English language study support across the ACCA qualification modules.
It is written and delivered by BPP University School of Foundation and English Language Studies.
The content is tailored to support ACCA students at each element of the ACCA Qualification.
MPI also recognises 15 ACCA students who have scored exceptionally well in the recent external exams.
