MAS offers irresistible airfare discounts at Matta Fair 2019

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines ( MAS) is offering irresistible discounts of up to 30 per cent off on airfares to favourite holiday destinations within its network at the Matta Fair 2019.

According to a press release from MAS, their booth at Hall 2 Entrance of the Matta Fair in Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) runs from March 15 to 17.

Customers can enjoy all-in return Economy Class fares to Kota Kinabalu from as low as RM479, Kuching from RM339, and Penang and Langkawi from as low as RM239.

All-in return Economy Class fares to international routes are available from as low as RM2,899 to London, from RM559 to Bangkok, from RM529 to Jakarta, from RM789 to Manila, from RM1,599 to Tokyo and from RM1,559 to Seoul.

Also on offer is Malaysia Airlines all-in return Economy Class fares to Sydney from as low as RM1,779, Shanghai from as low as RM1,229, Kochi from as low as RM619, New Delhi from as low as RM999 and Bali from as low as RM649.

“These fares are for departures from Kuala Lumpur and for the travel period between March 15 and Jan 15 next year. These fares include checked-in baggage allowance of 30kg for Economy Class travels to international destinations and 20kg on domestic, complimentary meals and superior in- flight entertainment,” added the press release.

Customers to the fair will also stand a chance to win attractive prizes as Malaysia Airlines will be giving away eight tickets for the Buyers’ Contest event organised by Matta.

These include two Business Class tickets to London and one Economy Class ticket to Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Ho Chi Minh City, Fuzhou, Brisbane and Kochi.

There are plenty of other offerings at Matta including a chance to win a Business Class upgrade with every purchase of an Economy Class ticket as well as discount vouchers for Temptation merchandise. Visitors also stand a chance to win great prizes at the Malaysia Airlines booth at the three- day event including a hotel stay at Datai Langkawi, autographed Liverpool jerseys and aircraft models.

Besides great fares, customers also get to benefit from a variety of travel perks such as 20 per cent off on MHinsure, preferred seat selection, extra baggage ( Prepaid), access to Malaysia Airlines’ Golden Lounge in KL International Airport and 25 per cent off for combo purchases of lounge access + extra legroom seats or 10kg extra baggage + standard seat selection.
