M’sia-based Delyva sails into more profitable SMEs via shipping

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysiaba­sed shipping solut ion, Delyva, has announced its new breakthrou­gh shipping software, enabling e- commerce and small and medium enterprise­s (SMEs) to retrench manual work and costs through more efficient shipping processes.

Launched in January, Malaysia’s leading multicarri­er shipping solution is equipped with special features to streamline any order fulfilment and shipping process, resulting in a maximum business profit.

Special features include automation process, enabling the platform to instantly print the shipping label, auto-schedule and pick up the delivery to ensure faster and easier end- to- end shipping processes.

Customers will get instant notificati­on on any progress of the shipment and easily track their delivery with just a few clicks, through email and mobile text.

Huge demand has increased prices, however, with the simpl i f ied Delyva’s onestop delivery processes, and merchants can save more than 50 per cent in expenditur­es, comprising delivery cost, petrol, staff salary and other indirect expenses, compared to posting items over the counter.

“Our live connectivi­ty platform also aligns with complement­ary logistic options, according to necessity,fromsame-daydeliver­y to overseas to over 200 countries, for more efficient and costeffect­ive logistic operations,” said Delyva co-founder Amirul Mokhtar.

He said there was no doubt that SMEs needed to hop on an equal footing in e- commerce competitio­n, by adopting digital technologi­es with limited cost.

Delyva is the first shipping platform in Malaysia to provide multiple delivery solutions, including cash on delivery, runner for hire, lorry, large bulky item delivery and less than container load sea freight involving Klang Valley, Sabah and Sarawak, that can be opted, according to necessity. — Bernama
