Jasons Food Hall adds Australian fresh food produce

-

KUALA LUMPUR: Jasons Food Hall, a grocery outlet brand under GCH Retail Sdn Bhd, has partnered with Australianbased fresh product producers from Tasmania and Victoria to expand its line of fresh produce for local customers.

GCH managing director Pierre- Olivier said under the partnership, Jasons Food Hall will be adding a range of products exclusively imported from Australia, namely cheese, dairy products, snacks, dips and high- quality seafood.

“We at Jasons Food Hall are committed to providing our consumers with high- quality products sourced from all around the world. We are always listening to our customers, in an effort to meet their needs and deliver a great in-store experience.

“With that in mind, we are honoured to be the exclusive partner to feature fresh produce and other high- quality products from Victoria and Tasmania,” he said in his speech at the launch of the partnership yesterday.

The state of Victoria is prominent for its food and beverage manufacturing and wide farmland areas comprising large- scale livestock and grain production, while Tasmania, dubbed as ‘ the island of inspiration’ with a reputation for boutique cheese and dairy products, is also a large exporter of seafood, particularly salmon.

“Our customers are looking for high- quality, fresh seafood and we’re able to offer these items to cater to their tastes,” he added. — Bernama
