Grand Senheng outlet a one-stop consumer electronic store
SIBU: Senheng Electric ( KL) Sdn Bhd said the Grand Senheng outlet here which was officially open yesterday is set to be a onestop consumer electronic store offering customers products from reputable brands such as Panasonic, Samsung, Sharp, Sony and many more.
Among the products offered are UHD TVs, side-by- side refrigerators, front load washers, electronic gadgets such as smart phones, tablet PCs, laptops and others, a press release stated yesterday.
The whirlwind Senheng storeremodeling project started since last year, where the older stores after undergoing renovation and expansion were then converted into the ‘lifestyle’ format.
The remodeling works freshen the brand’s image, featuring contemporary décor, enhanced with unique display features that bring out the best of the merchandise.
Senheng’s main partners who support this big event are Samsung, Panasonic, Huawei, LG, Sharp, Sony, Hitachi, Toshiba, Vivo, Beko and AEON.
“I’m delighted to announce that after 29 years in the business, we are growing and are even stronger. We pride ourselves in bringing great value, better lifestyle and a seamless shopping experience to our customers,” Senheng managing director Lim Khing Heng said.
Senheng adopted the Seamless business model since 2017, designed to align in-store, online and mobile shopping activities with the consumer’s buying preferences.
“The logic in this omni- channel approach is that a consistent and convenient brand experience creates better top of mind awareness from consumers and greater loyalty because they perceive the retailer as one that understands and appreciates them,” the statement added.
In conjunction with the grand opening, the outlet offered some fantastic promotions. Among them are 500 units of high quality consumer electrical products at only RM10 each.
In addition, there is a selection of products from different categories where customers get to enjoy Senheng exclusive EZ Credit rebate up to 40 per cent.
Other bundle of rewards made available are a special 24-month replacement warranty at only RM1; interest-free installment plan up to 36 months by various banks for credit card holders and one per cent AEON Credit Easy Payment exclusively in Senheng.
Senheng also launched ‘Adventures Begin Campaign’ at the same event by rewarding its PlusOne members a trip to Japan for 20 persons and RM3 million cash vouchers to be given away with minimum spend of RM1,000 and above from Mar 1 to 31.
