Hup Seng Furniture on four-day sales promotion
MIRI: Those planning to purchase new furniture for their home are invited to patronise Hup Seng Furniture exhibition being held at Permaisuri Imperial City Mall here from yesterday until April 28.
The exhibition hall is located on the ground floor of the mall, and is open to the public from 10am to 10pm during the four- day event.
The highlight of the exhibition is AquaClean Smart Fabric sofa from Spain which comes in various designs and colours.
AquaClean technology is an advanced protection for the upholstery of sofas, guarding them from the occasional stains of everyday life, thanks to an invisible barrier at a molecular level that prevents the passage of dirt.
According to the company’s spokesperson, Teresa Joan Lau, the technology is a revolutionary fabric treatment that allows one to clean stains using only water, which provides one with simple fabric maintenance in the minimum amount of time.
“AquaClean protection is part of the fabric itself, covering it fibre- to- fibre, preventing dirt from penetrating the fabric and facilitating the cleaning of a large number of stains such as coffee, wine, ketchup, butter, jam and many more with just water, thus avoiding the use of washing machines and abrasive cleaning products.”

Should customers prefer a different colour of sofa instead of the one on display, Lau said they could request for it to be customised without any extra cost. There are seven different colours to choose from. Each sofa comes with a free coffee table during the exhibition.
Apart from the Smart Fabric sofas, also on display are ceramic tables with tempered glass top and metal legs.
Another promotion not to be missed at the exhibition is the bedroom sets which are being offered at special prizes. Among them is a high- quality bedroom set which comes with full set kingsize bed, a wardrobe, two side tables and a dressing table with stool, priced at only RM2,598.
