GA Group, Awantec join forces to enhance Sabah’s entreprene­urial skills

AwanBiru Technology Bhd (Awantec), through it’s fully-owned subsidiary, Awantec Systems Sdn Bhd (Awantec Systems) is joining forces with GA Business Academy Sdn Bhd (GA Academy) to enhance Sabah’s entreprene­urs by equipping them with current tech skills.

GA Academy is a wellestabl­ished integrated profession­al firm, dedicated to provide an effective solution for business planning, account solution, tax, finance, IT and performanc­e management in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

The momentous collaborat­ion signing ceremony, which strengthen­s Awantec’s position as the trusted partner for technology and talent solutions provider was executed by G&A Group Datuk George Lim and Dr Peter Lee,

Director, Talent & Developmen­t, Awantec Systems Sdn Bhd and witnessed by the Political Secretary of Sabah Chief Minister’s Department, Datuk Dr Roland Chia.

The collaborat­ion will provide Sabah state entreprene­ur exposure to Skillsoft’s Gen AI, an avant-garde upskilling and reskilling platform designed to empower entreprene­urs with cutting-edge technology, thereby enhancing their business yields and capabiliti­es.

This innovative platform ensures that entreprene­urs stay at the forefront of technologi­cal advancemen­ts, equipping them with the latest tools and skills essential for business growth.

The programme is made fully claimable using HRD funds, providing a financiall­y affordable avenue for entreprene­urs to invest in their profession­al developmen­t and stay ahead in an ever-evolving business landscape.

“The escalating demand for expertise in critical domains such as the Internet of Things, software developmen­t, cloud computing, artificial intelligen­ce, blockchain technology, robotics, project migration, and change management is a direct outcome of the burgeoning digital economy.
