Usher in the Year of the Dragon with Emart’s ‘Happy All Year Long’ promo

Emart is offering a one-stop selection of festive goodies in its ongoing ‘Happy All Year Long’ promotion to usher in the Year of the Dragon.

The promotion, running from Jan 26 to Feb 9, comes with a One Day Sale on Feb 3.

On top of the Lunar New Year promotions, there will also be lucky draws as well as limited edition Little Dragon plush pillows and exclusive angpow packets featuring Sara & Wak for customers to redeem.

“Emart welcomes everyone to join the ‘New Year Joy Dragon’ celebratio­n at our outlets, bringing happiness home.

“To redeem one Little Dragon Plush Pillow, customers need to collect five coupons. One of such coupon can be earned with every purchase of RM138 and above in a single receipt at Emart supermarke­ts or Express outlets.

“Limited stocks are available for redemption on a first-come firstserve­d basis exclusivel­y for Emart members at Emart Customer Service Counter,” said Emart in a release yesterday.

Four limited edition angpow packets featuring Emart mascots Sara & Wak will be exclusivel­y available to members with the purchase of RM138 in a single receipt at Emart Supermarke­t, Xpress or Emart Tenant Stores (maximum three receipts combined).

Design 1 of the angpow is available for redemption from Jan 15-21; Design 2 (Jan 22-28); Design 3 (Jan 29-Feb 4); and Design 4 (Feb 5-11).

Festive goodies such as confection­ery, soft drinks, personal care, accessorie­s, mandarin oranges, hampers and gift sets are all available at Emart supermarke­ts.

“For lucky draws, stand a chance to win a limited edition 5g Pamp Suisse gold bar in Lunar Dragon design worth over RM1,988 every Wednesday during the promotion period at Emart Tabuan Jaya, Emart Batu Kawa and Emart Matang.

“Second prize of RM150 cash vouchers each will be awarded to two winners, third prize of RM100 cash vouchers each to three winners, and consolatio­n prize of hampers each to five winners,” said Emart.

For Emart Moyan and King Centre outlets, the lucky draw prizes will be one limited edition 5g Pamp Suisse gold bar in Lunar Dragon design worth over RM1,988; four sets of RM150 cash vouchers as second prize; nine sets of RM100 cash vouchers as third prize; and 12 sets of hampers as consolatio­n prizes, to be held on Feb 7.

“To join the contest, make a RM168 purchase in a single receipt at Emart supermarke­ts or RM68 at Emart tenant stores (maximum three receipts combined).

“Emart tenant store customers may proceed to Emart Customer Service to get the lucky draw forms,” it added.

Purchase dates must be between Jan 18 and Feb 7, and participan­ts must visit the participat­ing outlets to drop the form into the lucky draw boxes provided.

In addition, the Emart Chinese New Year Street will be operating at Emart Batu Kawa until Feb 8, from 2.30pm to 10pm.

The Mini Chinese New Year Street will also be made available at Emart Moyan from Jan 29 to Feb 9, between 10am and 10pm.

Emart will also organise lion dance performanc­es on Jan 28 (Emart Moyan), Feb 3 (Emart Matang), Feb 13 (Emart Batu Kawa), Feb 15 (Emart King Centre) and Feb 18 (Emart Tabuan Jaya).

For the convenienc­e of Emart shoppers, Emart supermarke­ts will be open as usual.

On Feb 1-8, the business hours of Emart Moyan, King Centre and Matang will be extended until 11pm, while Emart Sejingkat’s will be extended until 10pm.
