Naim launches CNY prosperity campaign for home buyers

KUCHING: Naim Holdings Bhd launched its Chinese New Year ‘Longevity Home to You’ campaign during the ‘Naim Feng Shui Talk’ at George Y Residence here yesterday.

According to Naim Kuching branch’s chief operating officer of Mohamad Faisal Ahmad Zaidin, the campaign is currently running until this March 9, covering Kuching, Miri and Bintulu.

In his remarks, Naim Group managing director Datuk Hasmi Hasnan describes the campaign as ‘embodying its commitment to creating homes that last for many generation­s’.

“Through means of compelling offerings and strategic collaborat­ions, we aim to make the homebuying experience with Naim exceptiona­lly rewarding,” he said.

The event kicked off with a talk on ‘feng shui’ (geomancy) by Dato Paduka Master Koh, emphasisin­g the practice of arranging buildings, objects, and space within an environmen­t to attain harmony and balance.

Among the key features of the campaign are an exclusive ‘angpow’ rebate, free legal fees, and a special ‘Fortune Lucky Draw’ for the first 10 home buyers.

Additional­ly, the prospectiv­e buyers can leverage Maybank’s MyDeco financing option, which offers financing for homes and décor up to a 120 per cent option.
