“These projects are meticulously designed to meet the expectations of affluent urbanites, discerning families aspiring for expansive residences within an impeccably planned township, and savvy investors seeking prime residential properties within the city’s most coveted locale,” he said in a statement.

Spread across 1.75 acres, Springvale offers 140 units (562 to 1,622 square feet) with a price tag starting at RM600 per square feet. These semi-furnished serviced apartments, potentially exceeding RM700 per square feet, stand out in a 13-storey building equipped with a gym, rooftop infinity pool; pool desk with lounge and multipurpose hall.

Situated next to the residential tower, a seven-storey office building enhances convenience, featuring a gym and a sophisticated sales gallery.

This integration of residential and office spaces creates a dynamic environment, addressing diverse needs and nurturing a strong sense of community and connectivity.

Springvale embodies the essence of modern living, where meticulous attention to detail ensures a unique and fulfilling urban experience for its residents.

Those who reserve a unit at Springvale before Chap Goh Mei will unlock exclusive benefits, such as a RM14,000 discount and two per cent rebate for units ranging from 562 to 790 square feet. Larger units, spanning 840 square feet, will receive a four per cent rebate, while buyers of units ranging from 960 to 1,622 square feet qualify for an even more attractive six per cent rebate.

Each unit is thoughtfully priced, with a starting point of RM294,000. These fully furnished residences, priced at RM700 per square feet, boast expansive builtup areas ranging from 420 to 1,631 square feet.

In contrast, comparable developments within the city often commence at a minimum of RM800 per square feet. Units measuring 933 square feet and above will be allotted two car parks, while those below 933 square feet will be entitled to one car park. Those who secure a unit at Summervale before Chap Goh Mei will enjoy a RM14,000 discount. The booking fee for each project is set at RM10,000.

Adding on, Lee said both projects would offer a variety of serviced apartments, from studios to three-bedroom units and duplexes.
