Pullman Miri Waterfront hosts ‘Selera Ramadan Buffet’ preview
Pullman Miri Waterfront hosted an exclusive preview of the hotel’s much-anticipated ‘Selera Ramadan Buffet’ dinner on Friday (1st March).
The event commenced with a welcoming address by the hotel’s general manager Alan Tham, highlighting the significance of Ramadan and the spirit of togetherness followed by a speech from guest-of-honour Deputy Mayor Ariffin Mohamad.
In line with Pullman Miri Waterfront’s unwavering dedication to community welfare, children from Peryatim Miri had also been invited to the buffet preview.
Also present at the preview was Interhill Group chief operating officer Eric Tan and Masjid At Taqwa Miri representative Jumaedi Nahar.
This year’s Selera Ramadan Buffet showcases more than 150 dishes, ranging from traditional favourites to innovative creations.
Additionally, the hotel highlights their collaboration with Chef Rabiatul Adawiyah from Adabi Consumer Industries who has collaborated to create a selection of exquisite ‘buka puasa’ (break-of-fast) offerings such as ‘Aneka Cucur’ dan ‘Puri Kuah Kari Sardine’.
In a groundbreaking announcement, Pullman Miri Waterfront and Adabi have unveiled their tie-up for Adabi’s new product launch, scheduled to be held alongside a corporate social responsibility (CSR) event this March 23.
Moreover, the hotel is also hosting a daily lucky draw throughout the fasting month, with five winners to be announced daily – each with a chance to win prizes worth RM150 and above.
Diners at the Ramadan buffet are also entertained by the resident band, Pinomal.
Open from March 12 until April 7, 6.30pm to 10pm daily, the buffet costs RM148 per adult and RM78 per child. However, the hotel is offering an early bird’s rate of RM118 per adult until March 9.
In addition, the ‘Set Talam Buffet’, also running from March 12 and April 7, is open for orders from 12pm until 7pm daily, priced at RM138 per set. Additionally, assorted cookies are on sale priced from RM25 onwards per container.
