Mercure Miri’s Nikmat Nusantara dinner buffet promises gastronomic journey this Ramadan
MIRI: As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, Belian Restaurant at Mercure Miri City Centre is delighted to announce its exclusive ‘Nikmat Nusantara Dinner Buffet’ for the break of fast.
The dinner buffet promises a gastronomic journey that celebrates the spirit of togetherness and the joy of sharing delicious food with loved ones, said Mercure Miri in a release.
“After a full day of fast from dusk till dawn, we invite patrons to experience exquisite Ramadan cuisines that will leave diners with an unforgettable dining experience.
“Our talented culinary team has crafted a diverse menu that reflects the rich and diverse flavors of the region. Guests can look forward to indulging in a delectable array of traditional Malay dishes as well as local Sarawak favourites, all prepared with the finest ingredients and utmost care,” it said. From Nasi Briyani to Sarawak Laksa to an assortment of beef and chicken satay, the buffet showcases the best of Malay and local cuisines.
Other mouth-watering selections include Ayam Panggang Percik Madu, Daging Gulai Kawah, Ikan Masak Asam Pedas, Sup Ekor, Sayur Masak Lodeh and Sotong Sumbat Masam Manis.
The buffet also includes
assortments of sambal and ‘ulam-ulaman’.
For those with a sweet tooth, a delightful selection of traditional Malay pastries or ‘kuihs’ awaits.
Additionally, live cooking stations will feature chefs preparing dishes on the spot, ensuring a dining experience that is both interactive and memorable.

Early bird special prices are RM108+ per adult and RM45+ per child (6 to 12 years old), while normal prices are RM128+ per adult and RM50+ per child (6 to 12 years old)
