LG Electronics launches ‘LG Rent-Up TM’ home appliance rental service
KUALA LUMPUR: LG Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd has announced the launch of LG Rent-Up TM, a comprehensive home appliance rental service throughout Malaysia.
This innovative rental programme provides flexibility and accessibility for Malaysians to own and enhance their lifestyle with the latest smart home appliances from LG.
With LG Rent-Up TM, users no longer need to bear high upfront costs for home appliances, and outdated equipment can be bypassed.
This latest programme from LG aims to empower Malaysians to improve the comfort of their homes effortlessly while maintaining financial stability.
“We are very excited to introduce our comprehensive LG Rent-Up TM rental programme to Malaysians.

With nine LG product ranges available in this programme, including water purifiers, air purifiers, air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, televisions and more, Malaysians can now upgrade their living quality easily through a flexible rental period of a minimum of five years and a maximum of seven years, depending on the selected product range.
LG products also come with a comprehensive service package, including self-service options and periodic visits from LG technicians.
Moreover, seamless integration between LG products and the LG ThinQ app allows users to easily monitor the status of their rented products to ensure their continued efficiency.
In addition to expert consultations, free delivery and installation services, and customer support availability, LG Rent-Up TM also offers a standard warranty throughout the rental period.
Choi said to ensure a satisfying customer experience, users can also upgrade their rental products to newer LG home appliances at the end of the current rental period.
