Mydin unveils campaign offering savings, varieties for Ramadan, Eid

Acknowledg­ing the needs of the community, particular­ly Muslims ushering in the sacred month of Ramadan and Eid festivitie­s, Malaysia’s largest halal wholesaler and retailer Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad (Mydin) has launched the ‘Raya Bermakna’ campaign, which aims to offer substantia­l savings and a wide range of options for holiday preparatio­ns.

The campaign introduces enticing promotions, engaging activities as well as contests with attractive prizes for community members.

Among the key highlights of the campaign include the ‘Jelajah Iftar Ala Madinah’ programme, which is held throughout Ramadan in collaborat­ion with Sinar Harian. The iftar programme spans seven selected Mydin outlets across the country, targeting to serve 11,000 community members.

There will also be a distributi­on of 45,000 packs of ‘bubur lambuk’ across selected Mydin stores nationwide, along with Ramadan bazaar which offers over 100 selection of iftar delicacies at reasonable prices, including the special ‘Rahmah’ menu available at 25 selected Mydin outlets.

The campaign involves the strategic partnershi­p with 43 companies to raise funds for Mydin Prihatin, benefiting the underprivi­leged and B40 (lowincome) group nationwide for Eid preparatio­ns.

Additional­ly, in collaborat­ion with Courts Malaysia, the campaign offers RM30,000 worth of vouchers to 10 lucky winners through the ‘Kongsi Kisah Perabot Impian’ contest, where customers can share their dream furniture stories and the most compelling tale for a chance to win a Courts voucher worth RM3,000 to beautify their homes.

Moreover, customers who spend a minimum of RM50 in a single receipt using Boost ewallet will be rewarded with cash rebates and rewards.
