ASNB launches new Robo Investment Advisor to simplify investing
KUALA LUMPUR: Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) has made a significant stride in the investment landscape with the launch of Robo Investment Advisor (RIA), a new feature within its myASNB app.
Designed to make investing effortless and accessible to all Malaysians, RIA aims to revolutionise how individuals manage their finances.
ASNB chief executive officer and executive director Muzzaffar Othman expressed his enthusiasm for RIA’s debut which highlights the company’s commitment to inclusivity in investing, emphasising its ability to provide personalised investment experiences that cater to the diverse needs of users.
The platform enables ASNB to address common challenges faced by investors such as the lack of financial literacy and high investment minimums, by offering tailored portfolios based on individual risk tolerance and financial goals along with ensuring that investments remain aligned with the investors’ objectives.
One of RIA’s key features is its automation capability, which simplifies tasks like recurring deposits through the Auto Labur feature.
Moreover, with a minimum deposit requirement of only RM100, RIA welcomes both seasoned investors and newcomers to the investment scene.
RIA also supports popular local payment methods and is available in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, enhancing its accessibility to a wider audience.
Investors opening RIA portfolios through the myASNB app will enjoy a waiver of the management fee (wrap fee) until the end of 2024, further incentivising users to explore the platform.
