BWF launches enhanced Badminton4U app

-

The Badminton World Federation (BWF) announced the launch of its upgraded mobile application designed to elevate the badminton fan experience.

The newly updated Badminton4U app offers users an array of advanced features aimed at enhancing their interaction with the sport.

With access to real-time match centre data, users can stay updated on every serve, rally, and score as it happens.

The app’s redesign, developed in collaboration with sportstech experts Stellis, was driven by a comprehensive analysis of existing market applications, coupled with an audit of the current app’s functionality and design thinking process.

“We are delighted to launch a bigger, better version of the Badminton4U app with realtime updates and personalised content, enhancing the fan experience. We are pleased to also include Para badminton rankings, boosting the sport’s global presence.

“We are confident the enhancement of the Badminton4U app will continue to help us drive badminton’s global growth as part of our wider digital strategy,” said BWF secretary Thomas Lund on Tuesday.

Badminton4U app is the official app of the Badminton World Federation and has more than 100,000 users globally.

Its key features also include latest badminton news, video highlights in a flash, updates on tournaments and details of favourite players.

Badminton4U is available on App Store and Google Play Store.
