Stimulating learning platform

-

aDVANCE Tertiary College’s (ATC) Business and Management School is the epitome of solid foundation in offering business programmes for people from all walks of life. The programmes are designed to shape students into high-calibre individuals upon graduation.

Since its inception more than two decades ago, the growth of the school has been because of the institution’s strong commitment to academic excellence and intellectual evolution.

Parallel with the school’s philosophy to design professionals fit for business and fit for life, the school aims to provide a stimulating learning platform that will take students from the classroom to the boardroom.

ATC offers a holistic education and skills that will enable them to connect with the industry.

The internship programme, which is compulsory for all business students, allows them to experience real-world business environments, enhance their knowledge and exposure to situations in which they must strive on their own to be the winning player.

ATC promises unconditional access to its academic team, a group of experienced and dedicated education experts that have strong links to the industry either through industrial careers or research.

ATC also offers Certificate in Business Studies, Diploma in Management and Diploma in Marketing programme for SPM school leavers as a pathway to their degree studies, either in Year 1 or 2. While pursuing their pre-tertiary studies, students are required to go through an internship programme at established companies.

The collaboration with St Mary’s University College, London (SMUC) to conduct its BA Management Studies degree programme is another milestone for ATC’s Business and Management School. Founded in 1850 to meet the need for teachers to provide an education for the growing number of poor children, SMUC has a strong academic performance with an excellent track record for placing graduates in good employment or appropriate postgraduate study.

ATC Business and Management School’s alliance with SMUC aspires to bring in a programme focused on a strong regional and an international perceptive of business. The programme should push the boundaries to ensure that ATC produces global graduates who are able to chart their own future while facilitating the country’s growth.

ATC started off the year with its Sports Carnival, a ceremony to inspire and award the athletes among ATC residents. Students are always encouraged to learn, play, live and dream at ATC.
