For a more in­ti­mate New Year’s Eve, Sam­plings on the Four­teenth of­fers a so­phis­ti­cated din­ing venue for el­e­gance and pri­vacy.

Over­look­ing the city, the open-con­cept kitchen pro­vides din­ers with a view of the chefs pre­par­ing the evening’s fare – a de­lec­ta­ble one-day-only four-course menu pre­sented by chef Val and his ca­pa­ble culi­nary team.

On the menu are Seared Goose Liver, Lob­ster Bisque with Scal­lop Dumplings, Minted Wa­ter­melon Sor­bet, op­tions of PanFried Hal­ibut, Grilled An­gus Beef Fil­let or Roasted Rack of Lamb, and Berries Ri­cotta Tart for an evening to re­mem­ber at RM165++ per adult.

Af­ter din­ner, take a leisurely stroll to Broad­way Lounge on the same floor for the New Year’s Eve Count­down Party. Join in the cheer and mer­ri­ment and raise a toast to a ro­bust 2014 with a night of fun-filled ac­tiv­i­ties, a live band and dee­jay to en­ter­tain as you party with a mind-blow­ing view of the city.

All guests will be pre­sented with a fun party pack and a first drink on the house as well as an op­por­tu­nity to win some fan­tas­tic prizes in the lucky draw.

The tra­di­tional Christ­mas ta­ble is al­ways crowned with a roast turkey. This year, the stress of turkey duty shall no longer be yours as Ber­jaya Times Square Ho­tel, KL of­fers a stun­ning tra­di­tional Christ­mas recipe with a chest­nut stuff­ing, cran­berry sauce and choice of black pep­per or giblet sauce that you can take home.

An ad­vance or­der of only two days is re­quired for your take­away turkey at RM298++ per turkey of three to four kilo­grams.
