Overlookin­g the city, the open-concept kitchen provides diners with a view of the chefs preparing the evening’s fare – a delectable one-day-only four-course menu presented by chef Val and his capable culinary team.

On the menu are Seared Goose Liver, Lobster Bisque with Scallop Dumplings, Minted Watermelon Sorbet, options of PanFried Halibut, Grilled Angus Beef Fillet or Roasted Rack of Lamb, and Berries Ricotta Tart for an evening to remember at RM165++ per adult.

After dinner, take a leisurely stroll to Broadway Lounge on the same floor for the New Year’s Eve Countdown Party.
