iNTI International College KL has been unveiled as a new institution in the heart of the golden triangle aimed at meeting a market need for high-quality business programmes by working professionals and undergraduates alike.

Strong industry collaboration and involvement in the delivery of the programmes is expected to raise the bar in the higher education sector.

The strategically located college at Menara KH, Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, is easily accessible by road and public transport and offers a suite of business programmes at foundation, certificate, diploma, bachelor’s and master’s degree levels.

These include 3+0 business degree courses in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration and Finance, which are designed in collaboration with the UK’s University of Hertfordshire (UH).

Learners also have the option of attending classes for the diploma in Business and degrees in Accounting & Finance and Business Administration in the evening.

University of Hertfordshire is an awardwinning entrepreneurial university and one of the world’s top 100 universities aged under 50 in “Times Higher Education’s World University Rankings” portfolio.

The rankings are based on excellence across teaching, research, citations, industry income and international outlook.

UH scored highly for the citing of its academic research on a global scale and for its international outlook and mix.

INTI is also offering a Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme offered in collaboration with University of Wollongong’s Sydney Business School (UOW-SBS).

UOW-SBS is ranked among the top three business schools in Australia (2011/2012 QS Global 200 Business School Rankings) and top 200 business schools in the world (QS Global 200 Business Schools Report 2012/13).

A unique point about the UOW-SBS MBA at INTI is that lecturers from UOW-SBS in Australia will deliver at least six out of the 12 modules in Kuala Lumpur.

Additionally, local tutors with PhD qualification will provide tutorial support to all students.

MBA students will also attend six special “Master classes” delivered by UOW-SBS lecturers/local industry experts for a range of topics which address contemporary business issues such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management, Business Risk and Change Management.

Catered to working professionals as well as traditional students, INTI offers high-tech facilities that allow students to connect and interact with their peers, instructors and employers in other parts of Malaysia and abroad, with the goal of empowering students via international exposure, innovative learning and individual development.

Among the advanced software available is Epson’s Easy Interactive Tools, which enables instructors and students to highlight documents and images in various Microsoft formats on a projection screen, thus making presentations and lessons much more compelling.
