Idea con­test open till Jan 31

DRIVEN by cus­tomers, the Kia Cus­tomer Idea Con­test 2013 is now open un­til Jan 31, 2014 glob­ally.

Re­ward­ing past, cur­rent and fu­ture Kia cus­tomers, the con­test is a global one seek­ing ideas of what the best ser­vice should be.

From sched­ul­ing, pick-up, re­cep­tion, fol­low-up, re­pair and gen­eral ser­vice, Kia Ser­vice is look­ing for­ward to hear­ing from cus­tomers on what they want Kia Ser­vice to pro­vide or what needs im­prove­ment.

Ap­pli­ca­ble to all Kia cus­tomers and those that ser­vice their ve­hi­cles in any Kia au­tho­rised ser­vice cen­tre.

The global top three ideas lo­cally will com­pete with the best from other coun­tries for a chance to win the first prize of USD$5,000 and five years free main­te­nance.

Sec­ond and third prize are USD$3,000 and USD$2,000 ac­cord­ingly on top of five years free main­te­nance.

There is also an hon­ourable men­tion of USD$1,000 with five years free main­te­nance for two peo­ple.

Lo­cally, the top 200 ideas will win a RM50 Tutti Frutti voucher. The Best Na­tional Top (three from the top 200 ideas) will re­ceive a Spe­cial Parts dis­count up to 20% and will com­pete in Round 2 for Global As­sess­ment man­age by KMC.

The Best Na­tional Top will be judged on cre­ativ­ity, fea­si­bil­ity and ef­fec­tive­ness. The ideas can be sub­mit­ted via the con­test web­site

Par­tic­i­pants can also scan the QR code to ac­cess the Kia mo­bile site.

The fi­nal global win­ners will be an­nounced on Feb 28, 2014.
