Idea contest open till Jan 31
DRIVEN by customers, the Kia Customer Idea Contest 2013 is now open until Jan 31, 2014 globally.
Rewarding past, current and future Kia customers, the contest is a global one seeking ideas of what the best service should be.
From scheduling, pick-up, reception, follow-up, repair and general service, Kia Service is looking forward to hearing from customers on what they want Kia Service to provide or what needs improvement.
Applicable to all Kia customers and those that service their vehicles in any Kia authorised service centre.
The global top three ideas locally will compete with the best from other countries for a chance to win the first prize of USD$5,000 and five years free maintenance.
Second and third prize are USD$3,000 and USD$2,000 accordingly on top of five years free maintenance.
There is also an honourable mention of USD$1,000 with five years free maintenance for two people.
Locally, the top 200 ideas will win a RM50 Tutti Frutti voucher. The Best National Top (three from the top 200 ideas) will receive a Special Parts discount up to 20% and will compete in Round 2 for Global Assessment manage by KMC.
The Best National Top will be judged on creativity, feasibility and effectiveness. The ideas can be submitted via the contest website http://idea.kia.com.

The final global winners will be announced on Feb 28, 2014.
