iRobot Roomba
Since 2002, Roomba has been helping millions of families around the world clean their homes. Roomba is smart, efficient and can lift an amazing amount of debris from hard floors.
Roomba even works on carpets and selfadjusts its cleaning head. It uses a proprietary cleaning system that cleans much better than most conventional vacuum cleaners.
It automatically navigates around your house and under furniture to clean up to 99% of your floor.
Roomba’s patented three-stage cleaning system includes:
> A spinning side-brush that cleans along walls.
> Two counter-rotating brushes that capture large debris.
> A powerful vacuum that picks up dust and small particles.
Robust design
Roomba’s fifth generation design is robust and designed for daily use. There is no fear of the Roomba overheating or falling down stairs.
Roomba does not get stuck on wires or carpet tassels. Instead of the usual bin used in vacuum cleaners, Roomba has a bagless dirtbin, saving you money, as you only need to wash the filter. Its programming automatically returns it to its self-charging home when the battery is low or after a cleaning cycle.
The Roomba 780 is an update of the Roomba 500 Series and has several new features including:
> Extended-Life Power Management for runtime of up to four hours, covering up to 278.7 sq m on a full charge.
> AeroVac Series 2 Bin with Dual HEPA Air Filters that vigorously pulls debris and hair off brushes and captures dust particles as fine as 0.3 microns for fresher, healthier air.

> Improved Dirt Detect Series 2 technology that uses optical sensors in addition to the usual acoustic sensor.
> A rubberised soft-touch bumper to protect delicate furniture.
> Advanced cleaning head designed to be more efficient and robust.
> Touch pad user interface.
iRobot Scooba
In 2005, iRobot Scooba was introduced and remains the world’s first and only floor-washing robot for home use.
It uses a four-stage cleaning system to prep, wash, scrub and squeegee your floors. Scooba uses only clean water to wash floors every time, while the collected dirty water is stored separately.
