VALEN­TINE’S Day is a great op­por­tu­nity to show af­fec­tion to those we love. On this spe­cial oc­ca­sion, cou­ples and friends ex­change gifts which range from choco­lates to flow­ers and cakes. Be­sides gifts, you can al­ways show your grat­i­tude to your loved ones by giv­ing them a hug, a card or even a phone call. How about a call to your grand­par­ents to say “I Love You”? Or you might want to make some cook­ies (with Mummy’s help, of course) for your best friend in school. Af­ter all, Valen­tine’s Day is all about spread­ing love and af­fec­tion.
