VOLKSWAGEN Malaysia has launched it first Volkswagen Cares Programme - a series of free car workshops exclusively meant for owners of the German brand.

The first workshop was conducted at Volkswagen Wearnes Sungai Besi with participation from 12 Volkswagen owners.

Topics covered included safety, fuel saving tips, child safety steps, what to do in emergency situations as well as the different features available in Volkswagen vehicles.

A hands- on demonstration about basic maintenance and simple self- checks were conducted by trained aftersales technicians.

The free quarterly programme was developed to help boost the ownership experience, which will be conducted by participating Volkswagen dealers for their customers.
