Great start for the new journey

-

DEMAND in Malaysia for overseas higher education remains strong with the country’s consistent economic growth coupled with parents’ desire for their children to pursue their education abroad.

However, the recent rise in affordable higher education programmes locally has parents wondering whether there are opportunities to still provide the best return on investment when studying abroad.

IDP Education Malaysia country director Ajay Rao explains why an overseas education is the best choice to get the most from studying abroad,

“Malaysian parents work very hard to give their children the opportunity to get the best education. This is because they know that the investment they make now in their child’s education will pay dividends for their child’s future career options and lifestyle opportunities.”

Studying overseas demonstrates that a graduate has the necessary creative, innovative and independent thinking that is imperative for the child’s future development and career path.

At IDP Education Malaysia, its counsellors are trained to assist students throughout their journey to explore education opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. This goes beyond a counsellor merely matching your choice of study with suitable institutions.

In fact, IDP, being at the forefront of the education industry, has invested in technology to help Malaysian students find the best institutions to study in.

IDP Education Limited – a global leader in international student placements is hosting the IDP Australia and New Zealand Education Exhibition March 2016 from March 8 to 20 in six major cities – Johor Baru, Kuala Lumpur ( two days), Penang, Ipoh, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu.

With over 30 prestigious institutions gracing the exhibition, this will be a great opportunity for students hoping to commence their Australian and New Zealand study aspirations for the July 2016 and February 2017 intakes.

Attendance at the exhibition is free and to ensure you can see the institution of your choice, it is important to pre- register online at www. idp. com/ malaysia and redeem interesting prizes during the event.

This year, there will be seminars in Kuala Lumpur and Penang by prominent institutions. These seminars will be equipped with interesting topics of discussions that will be useful for students to explore education opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.

Speakers from prominent Australia and New Zealand institutions will cover various topics from Medicine and Pharmacy, Architecture and Design, and Business to Engineering at these seminars.
