PROJECT financing and property consultant MBI Desa Ku Sdn Bhd ( MDK) will be marketing the mixed developmen­t of Desa Ku in Padang Meha, Kedah, at the Star Property Fair 2016.

When completed, the 248- acre project will be an establishe­d township with some 2,000 residences and commercial shop offices as well as full amenities and facilities for residents.

Currently under constructi­on is Phase 2 comprising 118 units of single- storey semi- detached ( 88 units), double- storey terrace ( 15 units) and double- storey shop- offices ( 15 units).

Location wise, Desa Ku is strategica­lly located in the highly sought after Kulim Hi- Tech Park residentia­l area. Its location near to the Lunas Interchang­e makes it easily accessible via the BKE Highway leading to the Park’s Phase I, II and III as well as the new Industrial Zone Phase IV.

Within close proximity is also Inokom Corporatio­n Sdn Bhd, one of the largest light commercial vehicle assembly plants in the northern region, and the neighbouri­ng SME Kulim ( over 300 acres of industrial lots).
