DAVID BOWIE TRIBUTE No Black Tie 17, Jalan Mesui Off Jalan Nagasari 50200 Kuala Lumpur Tel: ( 03) 2142 3737 noblacktie. com. my

TODAY: Rock star, fashion icon, visionary – that’s David Bowie personified. But the late great man was also a human being with a big heart. To commemorate this landmark artiste’s recent demise, No Black Tie presents a tribute to the “starman” all its own.

Featuring the likes of Foxlore, Diamond Dogs and Joi Noir, the bands are expected to play, not just the singer’s greatest hits, but a sonic serving of choice album cuts and odds and ends. For reservations and more info, visit the website or call the number given. Admission: RM30 Time: 9pm

One of Liszt’s dashing, daring Hungarian rhapsodies gives the programme a zippy ending.
