HUA Yang Berhad (“Hua Yang” or the “group”) – a leading property developer in the affordable housing market – has launched Tower A of its Citywoods project, offering Johoreans the opportunit­y to live in an urban luxury retreat.

Wong shared that Citywoods has an estimated gross developmen­t value ( GDV) of RM216mil, the highest among the different projects Hua Yang has in Johor, further reaffirmin­g its position in the southern region.

“We believe our strategica­lly located and affordable projects such as Citywoods will address the needs of first- time homeowners in the market,” said Wong.

Well- known as an oasis of green within the city, Tower A of Citywoods comes with three design layouts, namely Type A ( two bedrooms) at 764sq ft ( 71sq m), Type B ( two plus one bedrooms) at 958sq ft ( 89sq m) and Type C ( three plus one bedrooms) at 1,249sq ft ( 116sq m).

A six- storey car park sits on the lower levels of the tower, and residents of types B and C units will get two parking bays, while type A units will have one parking bay.

Prices for these units start from RM383,000 ( bumiputera lots) and RM446,000 ( non- bumiputera lots) onwards.

A range of resort- like facilities with first- rate service will be available to the residents.

At the heart of the complex is an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, plus an indoor and outdoor gym.

Residents will also have access to a barbecue area, a playground and a residentia­l entertainm­ent zone, which comprises a function space, games room, KTV as well as an audiovisua­l ( AV) room.

Citywoods’ concept of green urban living is further exemplifie­d by a centralise­d water filter system that provides clean water to all units, as well as sky gardens on levels 11, 15, 19 and 23.

The developmen­t has a high level of security with 24- hour patrols, CCTV surveillan­ce and an advanced single- card access system.

Each unit also comes with a video intercom and a digital door lock to fully safeguard occupants.

The unique design of the semi- detached units further ensures privacy, as each unit is a corner unit with main entrances that do not face each other.
